Pink Path

A beloved friend of everything Spanish Town. 

Doug was a Spanish Town Mardi Gras board member for more than 25 years and was instrumental in booking musicians for the STMG Ball. Douglas Tipton Cossman, age 66, passed away on Sunday May 15th, 2022. Doug loved flamingos and giving back to his community. He is dearly missed by all who loved him. Doug will never be forgotten, he will always be on the pink path with us all. 

Stephanie lived the pink path to the fullest. She never missed a ball or parade. Stephanie, age 39, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023. She was a lifelong resident of Denham Springs. Stephanie and was crowned the 1st ever Duchess of Spanish Town on February 16, 2023. Stephanie never met a stranger and made friends with everyone she met. To know her was to love her; she touched so many lives with her time here on earth. She truly lived the pink path of kindness, bravery, and doing for others. 

 One of Stephanie’s proudest moments in life was being crowned Spanish Town's 1st ever duchess. This is an honor that her family will carry on. Once royalty always royalty.
